Classic Motorsports Auto Repair Certifications
National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence
ASE's mission is to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service through the testing and certification of repair and service professionals.
ASE-certified professionals work in every segment of the automotive service industry: car and truck dealerships, independent garages, fleets, service stations, franchises, and more.
Consumers benefit from ASE certification. It is a valuable yardstick by which to measure the knowledge and skills of individual technicians as well as the commitment to quality of the repair facility employing ASE-certified professionals.
ASE-certified professionals usually wear blue and white ASE insignia and carry credentials listing their exact area(s) of expertise (brakes, engine repair, etc.), while employers often display their technicians' credentials in the customer waiting area.

Valuestar Certified
Classic Motorsports has been awarded the rating of very high customer satisfaction. ValueStar rates local service businesses using multiple criteria including professional accreditation and certification information as well as consumer satisfaction ratings. The requirements for companies to achieve ValueStar's Customer-Rated status are:
- Achieve and maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score of at least 75 (out of a possible score of 100) on ratings by 25 or more ValueStar Consumers over the previous 12 months.
- Pass insurance, license, legal and credit verification
- Agree to be rated by their customers on an ongoing basis
- Agree to ValueStar's dispute resolution process
- Commit to customer service and satisfaction by adhering to ValueStar's Customer Bill of Rights
On applying to the Customer-Rated Program, a business' initial Customer Satisfaction Score is determined by a telephone survey of at least 25 recent customers selected at random. If the customer satisfaction score passes our standards and if the business satisfies ValueStar's credentials requirements, it is accepted into the program as ValueStar Customer-Rated. Thereafter, the satisfaction score is kept up-to-date with feedback solicited from ValueStar Consumers.
ValueStar Customer-Rated businesses are able to use ValueStar's prized “seals of approval” to promote their ratings to consumers in their areas. These seals are well-known among consumers as the “stamp of approval” for quality service businesses. |
